What is a scratch-reveal card?

A scratch-reveal card hides a trip, experience, birthday treat or piece of news beneath a scratchable area, making the moment of discovery part of the gift.

What can I personalise?

Editable areas vary by design. The product page and editor show exactly which names, dates, messages or reveal details can be changed. Artwork or text not marked as editable remains fixed.

Can I personalise the reverse?

Reverse-side personalisation is available only on designs that show this option in the editor. When the option is not shown, the reverse uses the fixed Notely Moments design.

Can I review my design before ordering?

Yes. Review the on-screen preview and every entered detail before adding the item to your basket.

What size are the current cards?

The current card format is 210 × 99 mm. Check the product page in case a future design uses a different format.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. A change cannot be guaranteed once work on a personalised order has started.
