Every order is checked before it leaves us. Because our pieces are made to order, they cannot normally be returned if you simply change your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will put it right.

Tell us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We will confirm the next step, including whether a return is needed, and arrange the appropriate remedy.
If you notice a mistake or wish to cancel, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help if production has not started, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your personalised item is being made.
Do not send an item back before contacting us. If a return is required for a faulty or incorrect item, we will explain the process and cover reasonable return costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How do I personalise my card?
Choose your card colour and packaging, then complete the personalisation fields shown on this page. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before adding the card to your basket.
What can I personalise?
Personalisation varies by design and may include names, dates, a message and the wording hidden beneath the scratch panel. Every editable field is shown above.
Will I receive a proof?
The product images show the intended layout. We do not routinely send a digital proof. Your wording will be used as submitted, with minor typesetting adjustments where needed to fit the design. If you are unsure about your wording, please contact us before ordering.
What size is the card and what is included?
Each card measures 210 × 99 mm and is printed on 300gsm double-sided pearlescent card. A standard envelope is included. You can upgrade to a premium envelope for £2 or add a black or white gift box for £3.
How does the scratch reveal work?
Your chosen surprise is printed beneath the scratch panel. Give the card as it is, then let the recipient gently scratch the panel with a coin to reveal the message.
When will my order arrive?
Each card is made to order in 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we may be able to update or cancel your order, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalised card is in production.
Can I return a personalised card?
Because personalised cards are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from the details submitted, please contact us with your order number and photographs so we can put things right.
